The Conference dinner will take place in a Douro winery, including visit and wine tasting.
The Conference Dinner is not included in the registration fee. Tickets are €50 per participant and can be bought when registering.
Transportation is included.

Please let us know if you have any food allergies and/or other dietary requirements. Please understand that not all special requirements can be taken into consideration. However, alternatives will be offered onsite.

To obtain an official invitation letter for CdM ISC ‘16 please send an e-mail to domar_isc2016@utad.pt
The e-mail must contain:
1. "Letter of invitation required" in the subject line
2. Your full name, address details, date of birth, gender, country of citizenship, and passport number
3. Details of your abstract submitted or intended purpose of attending
4. Your credit note as a confirmation of your registration

Please note that this letter does not guarantee you will be granted a visa. If you need additional assistance, we kindly ask you to contact the CdM ISC ‘16 organization team at domar_isc2016@utad.pt.

Please note:
We reserve the right to cancel or change your reservation if the required payment is not received in due time or if you are not eligible for the chosen registration fee/fail to send sufficient proof.
Cancellation policy:
Cancelations received before August 31th are subject to an administrative charge of 45€. No refunds will be awarded on cancelations received after that date. Refund requests should be submitted to the Conference Secretariat.
